Workforce Recruitment Program

Libraries and other nonprofits may access the 2019 Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) database, which is available to employers, in the private and nonprofit sector, seeking interns or employees with disabilities. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Defense, the WRP is a resource of qualified college students and recent graduates with disabilities, from more than 360 campuses nationwide.  Database access is gained through the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN).
