Theses FREE Basic Computer Skills  workshops are for front line staff and those who manage them!  Penny Talbert, Executive Director of the Ephrata Public Library, will present the workshops.

Attendees will leave the workshop with a virtual toolkit of resources to improve their technology skills. The toolkit will also help them assist their peers in getting up to speed! Technical competencies, and why we need them will be examined. We’ll also look at trans-literacy and how this concept fits into serving the public!  The agenda may be obtained at the registration site (link above).
