The Thanks Giving Challenge

November 27 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The Thanksgiving Holiday is about reflecting on our blessings and acknowledging our gratitude for the people and things in our lives that bring us feelings of joy and peace.

It feels good to celebrate the holiday with family, friends and loved ones, so why not make the spirit of your Thanksgiving even bigger and better?

Join Holly and Andrew as they challenge you to take the Thanks Giving Challenge! They will share their experiences of taking the Thanks Giving Challenge and the life-enriching benefits that they and you can experience.

Register for this event at the “Website” link in the details below the blue “Add to Calendar” button.

Please send any questions to Julie Moore, Professional Development Advisor.

This project is made possible in part by federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Office of Commonwealth Libraries.

The Bureau of Library Development (BLD) in the Office of Commonwealth Libraries supports libraries and library services for Pennsylvanians through the administration of state and federally funded programs and grant opportunities including LSTA (Library Services and Technology Act), Library AccessLAMP (Library of Accessible Media for Pennsylvanians), the Public Library Subsidy, and Keystone Grants for Public Library Facilities. BLD also provides advisory services, professional development, and continuing education for library staff and volunteer leadership at public, school, academic, and special libraries.

The Compendium is BLD’s primary communication channel. If you don’t already subscribe, please do so to ensure you receive the most up-to-date information.
