In this daylong, interactive workshop we will draw upon the expertise, experience, and passionate commitment present in the audience. We’ll learn to spot opportunities in every challenge, focus on a new definition of success, inspire others, and work to change the world as we change ourselves! Although libraries are complex organizations involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and conflicting agendas, a high functioning and collaborative team of a library director and board of trustees leads to community transformation. It IS possible to develop a healthy, mutually respectful and fully cooperating Possible Team that includes the Board, Friends and Staff. Access the flier!
Please Register here by Tuesday, September 6th.
