Register Now for Strategic Storytelling for Public Libraries Workshops | Compendium

Register now for one of the Strategic Storytelling for Public Libraries workshops!  Workshops  will be held September 22, 23 and 25.  Register soon–space is limited!  See locations below.

As a librarian, board or staff member you have a powerful story to tell!

Michael Margolis will train you, your trustees and your staff to use the The Library Story: Strategic Storytelling Toolkit for Public Libraries, which is based on months of research, surveys and interviews with 200 Pennsylvania librarians and directors.

At the one-day workshop, you’ll gain access to activities, templates and tips to help you communicate effectively with your community and your colleagues. Whether you’re offering new programs and services, reimagining your library’s physical space or shifting the way you reach patrons-you need to frame your library story in a way that brings it to life. You will bolster the storytelling skills you already have and, more importantly, build your confidence and enthusiasm for sharing the stories of your library and its impact.

Join Michael Margolis, CEO of GetStoried.com, at one of the workshops listed below.  Everyone who attends will receive a copy of the toolkit.

Please encourage your staff and trustees to register for one of these trainings.  It will be a great day of networking with others, opportunities to tell the library’s story and to hear what is happening in other libraries in your region of the state.
