US Dept of Health and Human Services provides information for organizations to help their communities
National Network Library of Medicine (NNLM MAR) provides assistance to their members in “preparing for, and responding to, disasters or localized emergencies and can assist with emergency preparedness and even help with risk assessment and developing a disaster plan.  (Membership is FREE.  Find out more).
