The State Library welcomes a couple of fellow Commonwealth Employees Lee Yalcin and Eric Jeschke from the Pennsylvania Utility Commission, who are passionate about bees!  Are you interested in starting a colony of your own? Are you curious about this challenging and rewarding hobby?  Lee and Eric will introduce you to the basics and how you can help encourage the success of our invaluable pollinators.  You can BUG Lee and Eric with your questions in a Q and A after the presentation!

The State Library has lots of books on beekeeping that you can check out with your library card!  Some rare books from the vaults will be on display.
