Keystone Grants for Public Library Facilities Overview Webinar

  • Is your library and municipality planning to submit a Keystone Grant for Public Library Facilities application in the near future?
  • Are you planning a facilities project and want to know if it would qualify for Keystone funding?

The Office of Commonwealth Libraries invites you to attend one of the following high-level informational sessions which should be useful to anyone at the library or municipality who may be involved in planning or administering your anticipated Keystone project or submitting an application. Please share this registration information with anyone who may wish to attend.

Each session will cover the same content. Topics include:

  • what projects are eligible for funding
  • who is eligible to apply
  • how are funds awarded
  • project completion requirements
  • selected application requirements

The presentation, scheduled for 60 minutes, will allow time for Q&A at the end.

  • Tuesday, April 8 / 2-3 PM or
  • Thursday, April 10 / 10-11 AM.

Register here.

The next Keystone Grant application is expected to open July 14, 2025, with submission due by October 10. Awarded projects would be required to begin and complete work within the grant performance period of April 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027. Instruction on completing the application will be offered in the future.

Sessions will not be recorded, but content will be posted in the PA Library Staff Academy. Please note this session is the same presentation provided at the 2025 PCBL Friends & Trustees Institute and to New Directors.
