Is your library and municipality planning to submit a Keystone Grants for Public Library Facilities application in the next year or two? Do you just want to learn more about the Keystone program and what it offers? If so, the Office of Commonwealth Libraries encourages you to attend one of the following high-level informational sessions useful to anyone who is involved in planning or administering your anticipated Keystone project or submitting an application.
Sessions will be offered via Teams on Tuesday, April 4 / 10-11am or Wednesday, April 5 / 2-3pm. Sessions will not be recorded, but a module of the content will be posted in the PA Library Staff Academy. Please share this registration information with any project collaborators who may wish to attend.
Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes, but the presentation will be shorter. Time is allowed for Q&A at the end. Each session will cover identical content, including:
- what is this program?
- who is eligible to apply?
- what types of projects are eligible?
- program requirements
- selected application contents
Register here.
Training on completing the actual application will be offered in the future. The next grant application is expected to open in July 2023, with applications due in October. These projects would begin/complete work within the next grant period of April 2024-September 2025.
