United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Central PA is holding an “Expressions Contest” for students in grades 3 -12 to obtain their thoughts, stories, etc. on what it means to “live a life without limits.” Submissions can be either original writings or pictures, and monetary prizes are awarded for winners in each of the age categories.   They are looking for libraries and other organizations to spread the word.  Access additional information on the contest.
