The Bureau of Library Development (BLD) in the Office of Commonwealth Libraries (OCL) is accepting applications for the three following local library grants. These projects are made possible by Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Office of Commonwealth Libraries.  

• Excellent and Equitable Youth Services Grant
  
• Sustaining Success Grant for Family Place and Play & Grow Libraries
• Professional Development Mini-Grant
