I am pleased to announce that two positions, Accessible Adult Services Advisor and Operations and Relationships Advisor, are open for application. This is an exciting time to join our team in the Bureau of Library Development (BLD) as we embark on our five-year plan that will shape future programs and resources.

Both are advanced positions and listed as library development advisors. The Accessible Adult Services Advisor’s primary purpose is to serve as the Bureau of Library Development’s adult, special needs, and underserved populations (including but not limited to veterans, older adults, incarcerated people, and people with disabilities) advisor. The Operations and Relationships Advisor’s primary purpose is advising libraries throughout the Commonwealth on the improvement of library services with specific emphasis on guiding libraries in operations and relationship building.

The following applies to both positions:

Salary range: $61,868.00 – $93,966.00 Annually

Application period: 09/25/2023 to 10/09/2023

Eligible for part-time telework (currently the first Monday of the month is an in-office day for eligible BLD staff, schedule subject to change).
