The 2014 Pennsylvania Public Library Data Collection (formerly known as the “PUBLIC LIBRARY ANNUAL REPORT”) is now available for completion.  The portal page for LibPAS is accessible through the following link, https://pa.countingopinions.com/.

• FORMS & SIGNATURES: Support documentation forms and signature sheets can be found on the LibPAS Welcome page.
• QUESTIONS: Please email all questions to ra-stateaid@pa.gov . It is important to use this email address so that we can respond as quickly as possible.

**DUE DATES**
Please be sure to complete your data entry on time, so that we can submit Pennsylvania’s data on time to the federal government.

March 1, 2015 – Each library must complete and submit all required 2014 data on LibPAS for review by the District Library Consultant.

April 3, 2015 – District Library Consultants must approve and lock all submissions.
