Register for this July 29th session on Customer Centered Design, the third webinar in the Act Now Series, hosted by the Employment and Training Administration (ETA), to inspire innovation at the local and state level in achieving customer centered design as part of implementing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
