Cynthia attended D’Youville College (now University) in Buffalo, New York, then attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Since graduation from the Culinary Institute of America, she has happily spent her entire career in hospitality and child nutrition. In March of 2020, Cynthia entered public service as an Education Administrative Specialist at the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) in the Division of Food and Nutrition. Libraries have always been her passion and she is excited to continue her journey with the Office of Commonwealth Libraries.
