The District Library Center can be found within the Counting Opinions LibPAS platform for completion by independent public libraries, federated library administrations, and federated library members.

The deadline for submission of the application is 11:59 PM, Wednesday, August 28, 2024. To assist with the District Library Center Report completion process, please take advantage of the following tools:

• Review tutorials and information found within the State Aid Resources LibGuide
• Attend virtual open office hours held every Thursday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A link to the virtual open office hours Microsoft Teams meeting is available on the home page of the  Counting Opinions LibPAS.
