This multi district workshop, The Challenging Patron Workshop: Library Security, Safety and Service at the Moment of Truth, will offer practical and realistic tools, which will make your facility a better, safer place to work. Learn safe workplace behaviors, security measures, personal protection methods, and how to activate your high risk customer service skills. This workshop is appropriate for all library staff, especially those working on the front lines.
When: Friday, August 23, 2019, 10AM to 3PM. A working lunch is included.
